So Naomi Campbell arranges a catwalk to raise money for Haiti and Aggyness Deyn felt the need to pay homage to the great supermodel – by falling down the runway; TWICE.
Naomi Campbell once fell on the runway whilst wearing Vivienne Westwood heels….
Watch the clip below of Aggy taking her two tumbles… LOL.
I know it’s probably quite mean, but I can’t stop laughing at this clip! Sorry aggz.
Alexander (The Great) McQueen CBE
16 March 1969 – 11 February 2010.
I am actually devastated by the news that Alexander (LEE) McQueen passed away today, aged just 40. It’s an absolute shock.
His death was announced this afternoon, 11 February 2010. McQueen was found dead at his London home and paramedics pronounced him dead at the scene. A statement released by his office on 11 February 2010 – referring to the designer by his given first name, Lee, read: “On behalf of Lee McQueen’s family, Alexander McQueen today announces the tragic news that Lee McQueen, the founder and designer of the Alexander McQueen brand, has been found dead at his home.”
McQueen’s death comes days before London Fashion Week, although McQueen was not scheduled to show in the British capital.
On 3 February 2010, he wrote on his Twitter page that his mother had died the day before, adding: “RIP mumxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.” Four days later he wrote that he had had an “awful week” but said “friends have been great“, adding: “now i have to some how pull myself together“.
Fashion has lost a legend today and the fashion world will be a less pretty world for it.
Long live McQueen.
So what can’t Emma Watson do?
She’s a fully fledged filmstar, model and now has dabbled in fashion design by working alongside Fair Trade pioneer, People Tree.
While Emma has held her hands up and said she’s no designer, “I’m so pleased that I got involved, but I don’t want to take all the credit for being the designer because I haven’t trained as a designer or even gone to art college – in fact, I had no idea about the amount of work involved at the outset!”.
It’s admirable that she’s doing it for all the good reasons ‘celebrities’ should collaborate with fashion houses. She states in a recent interview, “Oh, I don’t have any plans to be a designer. I’m doing this range because I really care about fair-trade and ethical fashion…. I didn’t want this collection to be all about me. This is not a celebrity endorsement, it is about creating something that is genuinely a great idea and about making a difference through fashion.“
Take a look at the collection below – even her model brother, Alex joined in the fun!
What do you make of Emma’s fashion endorsement?

I absolutely love the new AllSaints Spring/Summer 2010 campaign graphics. The shoot is a mixture of Las Vegas desert and the recent GQ/AllSaints collaboration featuring Will Lewis and the dashingly handsome, Andre Van Noord. It all works so well and frankly, I CANNOT WAIT for summer!
I will keep updating this post as and when I receive product details for the shots…
Let me know what your thoughts are.

As I have previously reported, I was very keen to see the first shots of Lily Allen for CHANEL. The CoCo Cocoon Collection that Lily is the ‘face’ of is launching in CHANEL Boutiques on October 3rd. Can’t wait to see the collection! Meanwhile, the enigma that is Mr K Lagerfeld has been singing Lily’s praises….
Karl Lagerfeld: “I love Lily Allen. She looks a lot like Gabrielle Chanel and she is a self-made woman. She is cool, young and extremely witty. Photographing her for this advertising campaign was fantastic fun. She is extremely inspiring and is completely taken with the bags – with her typical English casualness!”
