Real men wear cardies.

We have a change in direction this week, looking at the men’s autumn/winter collection at designer inspired store, All Saints.
The collection sports an edgy rocky feel with influences directly from alternative musicians Ian Curtis and The Ramones. We teamed the “Ian Curtis” striped jumper underneath a vintage style illustrated T-shirt and finished that trendy look with the classic “Ramones” leather jacket.
For a more casual look try out the combat shorts with a hand distressed, illustrated t-shirt and a grey hoody . . . which is especially handy on those colder autumn mornings.
Over-sized bags are a must for men this autumn/winter too. We’re particularly keen on the large black leather bag, which is ideal for trips away at the weekend or simply for work.
Cardigans feature highly this season. All Saints stock a variety of colours ranging from pastels to grey and taupe, but why not be a bit more daring and try the pattern detail cardigan pictured? Or layer up with a cardigan over the top of a thin jumper.
As for eveningwear, try the “vintage section” in the store where we found the plum shirt at a respectable £35, the shirt is also available in a sage green. The smart trench trousers will be versatile, wear them smart or casual.
Finally, you certainly can’t leave All Saints without buying one of the trademark “Jesus Loves You” belts, each at £50. The brand have recently expanded the studded belt range, with the words “Angel of the North” and “All Saints Rocks” embedded in the leather, so be bold today and make a fashion statement!
